Directions
- Pelar y cortar los chayotes a la mitad. Sacar la pepita del medio con cuchara. Hervir chayote en sal y agua hasta que ablanden. Cortar en tajadas de 1/2" de espesor.
- Preparar salsa derritiendo mantequilla a fuego moderado en cacerola. Una vez derretida, añadir harina y mezclar bien a fuego moderado. Añadir leche, moviendo constantemente la mezcla y continuar mezclando hasta que espese. Añadir sal y pimienta. Remover del fuego.
- Engrasar un molde de horno cuadrado 8x8" y colocar chayotes, luego salsa encima y por último queso parmesano. Hornear unos 15 minutos o hasta que dore el queso. Servir caliente.
