  1. 4 muzu ezin. Yumurtaları ekleyin ve iyice çırpın, sütü ekleyin ve karıştırın.
  2. Unu yavaş yavaş ekleyin ve karıştırın. Tarçın ve kabartma tozunu ekleyip homojen bir karışım elde edin.
  3. Kalıba dökün ve ikiye böldüğünüz muzları üstüne yerleştirin. Önceden ısıtılmış 120°C fırında 40-45 dakika pişirin.
