Vanilla Cheesecake
No one will believe that this dessert has lower fat. It's still a splurge though, so don't go nutty.
Ingredients
Directions
- Thaw whipped topping (like Cool Whip lite) and let cream cheese soften.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
- Fold in whipped topping with a spatula until mixed well.
- Place in pie crust and smooth top.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours.
- Note: you can drizzle some fat free caramel on top, if you like.

On Weight Watchers you can eat what you like, as long as you keep track and stay within your points. It's a new way of eating, not just a temporary fix.
