Directions
- Pre-heat over to 400 °F (200 °C).
- Coat large baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Arrange potatoes on prepared sheet and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Bake 20 minutes, flip fries, then bake another 20 minutes until golden and fork tender.
- Cluster potatoes together on cooking sheet and sprinkle with cheese, bake until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
