- Misturar no liquidificador os ovos, o iogurte, o sal, o azeite e a farinha. Deixar bater por 2 minutos.
- Juntar a cenoura ralada e o fermento e envolver na mistura. Mexer a massa até sentir que ela está a começar a crescer de volume.
- Colocar a massa numa forma de bolo inglês previamente untada e polvilhada e levar ao forno a 180ºc por 15/30 minutos.
