Creamy Baked Polenta
Made in the oven, this baked polenta makes for a great side.
Ingredients
Directions
- Combine water and polenta and butter in casserole dish
- Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 40 minutes.
- Stir in jarlsberg cheese and return to oven for 10 minutes.
- Top with parmesan, if desired - it's good without it, too!
