Cortadillo con Pimiento y Calabacitas

Directions
- Dorar la carne en el aceite de coco y salpimentar.
- Licuar el tomate, cilantro, cebolla con sal de ajo, comino y pimienta. Cortar la calabaza y pimientas en cubos.
- Cuando la carne este bien dorada se agrega la calabaza y los pimientos. A los 5 se agrega la salsa y se deja cocer por 20 min.
