Directions
- Zwiebeln Knoblauch und Gulasch in Öl anbraten.
- Mit Pfeffer, Salz, Paprika und Majoran kräftig würzen. Tomatenmark unterheben und mit 1l Wasser ablöschen.
- 60 Minuten köcheln lassen. Gehackte Tomaten, Sauerkraut und Paprika dazu geben und weitere 30 Minuten köcheln.
