Szegediner Gulasch

Der Geschmack von Fleisch, Sauerkraut und Paprika zu einem perfekten Wintergericht.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Zwiebeln Knoblauch und Gulasch in Öl anbraten.
  2. Mit Pfeffer, Salz, Paprika und Majoran kräftig würzen. Tomatenmark unterheben und mit 1l Wasser ablöschen.
  3. 60 Minuten köcheln lassen. Gehackte Tomaten, Sauerkraut und Paprika dazu geben und weitere 30 Minuten köcheln.
