Chicken & Vegetable Stir Fry
Healthy, fast and easy chicken stir fry.
Ingredients
Directions
- In frying pan on medium-high heat, brown cut up chicken breast in the oil.
- Cook until no longer pink.
- Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic and water.
- Add sauce and the frozen vegetables to the chicken.
- Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Serve with rice.

Sounds fast, easy, and healthy but I would cut the soy in half. Even with low sodium that is way too much. The honey sounds good...I agree.

Sounds tasty, but one CUP of soy sauce? That is a toooooon of sodium. I think I will try the honey part though.
