A hardy meal, perfect for those cold winter days.
Ingredients
Directions
- In crockpot, layer chopped potatoes, then chopped carrots on bottom of removable liner. Top with stew beef trimmed of fat.
- Sprinkle meat with soy sauce, paprika, pepper and flour. Spread chopped onions.
- Combine beef broth and tomato sauce and pour over all. Place liner in base.
- Cover and cook on Auto - 7 hours; or Low - 9-11 hours; or High -5 hours. Serve over egg noodles.
- Yields 6-8 servings.

I don't know why someone would think this is so fatty. It even says trimmed of fat. Otherwise it is Broth, tomato sauce and veggies. you can always serve it over Riced Cauliflower if you don't want the egg noodle carbs. I'm gona make it this week! Thank you!

What kind of diet allows you such high fat and carbs? None I've been on ever. Sounds more like a church pot luck entry to me.
