whoaaa daebakkk, 2minggu rutin plank dan lingkar perut turun 2cm, walaupun timbangan ga bergeser samsek diriku senang😆😆😆

Bertahap ka, awalnya 20detik trs terakhir kemaren 90detik. Yg penting intervalnya naik terus
