I blame this on eating out last night. Went to a Japanese steakhouse. bypassed the rice and noodles, but I think they had some sauce on the veggies that was questionable. We had cake and ice cream for my mom's birthday and I was able to stay strong. It's a new week and I plan to buckle down.
