I blame this on eating out last night. Went to a Japanese steakhouse. bypassed the rice and noodles, but I think they had some sauce on the veggies that was questionable. We had cake and ice cream for my mom's birthday and I was able to stay strong. It's a new week and I plan to buckle down.
93.7 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 30.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Japanese foods have a lot of sodium. They can make you retain a lot of water. Drink some extra water today and stay on your plan. It will come off.
