I’ve lost 5 lbs relatively quickly to the way the rest of the weight-loss has gone. I figured it out. I quit dairy four weeks ago.
70.9 kg Lost so far: 14.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
