It’s been almost a month and I have lost only 1 pound. I’ve been going to the gym regularly as always, and counting the calories I eat. It’s true that I have had more cheat meals lately, but even then it’s way too slow. I don’t know what’s happening, but it makes me really sad and disappointed...
