昨天早餐沒吃,因為前一晚烤肉吃太飽
早上先去大肚爬萬里長城,吃完午餐
下午爬9號步道,回來又吃了晚餐
晚餐只要吃超過5片五花肉片,
似乎就會卡重,體重上升、體脂肪下降、
所以對我來說,應該是將要吃的食物放在前2餐,水分比較不會滯留
