Does anyone have experience with the 5:2 IF program coupled with Keto diet? I would do anything to get some real progress going. I thought I’d give it a try, since so far today I ate 500 cals which is what they consider a fast day. Any input?
102.3 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 31.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
