Happy dance day! Ok it’s done. I almost feel defeated, so much more to go. This, unfortunately is when my old self would say, hey you look better. Take a day off. I know my new self is saying that I have to
Keep going. It’s a life change now a diet. I feel much better than I have in so long. I have ‘eyed’ the fat bombs and liked at the recipes. But not yet. Ah, little cricket has much to learn.so anticlimactic. Maybe under 200# will make me less cynical and happy. Wait and see!
102.5 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 31.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
