Turun pelan2, zumba seminggu sekali-2x, defisit kalori ga ekstrim cmn 1000 aja kadang lebih, kdg zigzag.. tp makan masih kotor... heheheh.. nikmatin aja.. yg penting tiap bulan turun kiloannya menuju ideal.. smangaaaaatt..
