since Thur. 6/14 I have ben traveling to and from or on St. Simon's Island, GA playing golf, playing poker, reminiscing, eating and drinking with ol' teammates...great time, but I wasn't disciplined, however, I didn't go nuts
101.6 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
