so i gained weight and I'm a bit confused, i feel a bit dissapointed because of the number, but physically i feel great. I've been eating healthier, more greens less carbs, and still at 1400 cal. But I've been working out, so I'm hoping it is muscle that made me gain weight.. i can see my legs getting firmer, and my buttocks gained an inch. i need some guidance and explanation lol.
