If you’re able to, plan ahead some food choices that are not terrible. Eating out is hard! I learned a hard lesson about eating something and then looking the calories (or in my case sodium) up. Chose to eat soup and salad but found out afterwards the soup had 2168 grams of sodium! That’s more than my daily allotment. Maybe throw some of your favorite healthy snacks in the car so you can have them close at hand. Mostly just enjoy yourself!!

Yes, I have thought about that. It’s a bit hard to keep track of what I eat while I’m on holidays, but I’ll try to ao that I don’t throw away my progress. Thank you!

If it’s just a weekend. You have 2 options...
option 1: enjoy the weekend, eat whatever you want, have fun, do whatever activities, don’t worry about the diet stuff.
Option 2: try sticking to the diet, possibly not eating certain foods or amounts of certain foods, maybe be stressed out about accidentally “eating too much”. With possibly regretting the decision to skip foods/activity you may enjoy...
If it was me for a weekend... I’d go with option 1... 2 days won’t kill your progress. Once ya get back on the regular diet then progress will continue.

I'm with Deadpool 12345 on this one :) Enjoy! When out, you can still make good choices and still have a great time.

Everybody needs a well deserved cheat day now and then. Normally when I have a cheat day it's not so much a cheat day as a cheat meal and a snack. I'll loosely stick to my diet rules for two meals and have whatever I want for the third. If you're going to have a treat. HAVE A TREAT!! Nobody deserves a treat every once in awhile more than all of the people on this site. I've been reading the posts and comments and you guys work hard and doing amazing. We only have one life. It's too short to not enjoy the delights once in awhile =)

Just stay active to counter the higher calorie intake and enjoy yourself!

Thank you all for your support! It makes me so happy to see that there are so many people that understand this process. I’ll definitely do as you say and have fun during the weekend.
