Well, the first weigh-in after being on Phase 2 for 8 days and I'm actually up 1 pound. I was doing well until this weekend when a trip to California ended my streak of being perfect. My wife and I will have an even harder time this week as we head to Las Vegas for 3 days. We may not even try. Before we started the diet we agreed we'd get a hallpass for Vegas. So, I guess next week it's back to Phase 1 to detox the system. I'm down a total of 8 lbs in 3 weeks (most in the 1st week). I've been really good on all but a day or two after going off Phase 1. I need to get back to drinking lots of water. I've been slipping up a bit on that. If I can get back to losing 2-3 lbs a week I'll be happy.
