Ugh!
Ok I am not going to let this one weigh in where the scale refuses to move get me down. Usually this is the point that I quit because I am not losing anyways, but I am gonna keep at it and give it some time. I did really well with my eating this past week, and I got more exercise in so I will keep it up and hope for a loss next week.
I did go out to eat Friday night, and had 2 drinks. I ordered good stuff, and everything fit into my point allowance for the day so I don't know if thats it or not. I also had 3 beers Saturday night, so maybe its the alcohol thats making this weight stick. I also played a lot of basketball this weekend with my kids, and I am SO sore today, maybe my muscles are recovering, I don't know.
