This is the craziest Biggest Loser contest I've ever done. Yesterday I was going to be on the road for several hours so I ate a 10 ounce chicken breast with a lot of it in a tortilla wrap. Then during the day we hit up a couple of breweries and I ate a few celery sticks in the car. Once I got home I did cardio and ate a 10 ounce steak with onions and bell peppers. I was going to have a beer with dinner but I was beered out. I still drank over 700 calories of beer and managed to lose another pound. Which means, of course, more beer for me today!
