Okay, so I did total carbs yesterday and I'm down a little today on the scales. I am going to try this for a while and see what happens. I am concerned about the fiber. I am going to buy a supplement today I guess. I have the powder but it has alot of carbs in it which is okay for net but not total. Hopefully this will work to kick me out of this rut.
92.5 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 22.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Be sure you check the nutritional information on those supplements. They too have carbs. However, unless you are having a problem, there really is no reason to do so.

I usually do have a problem that is why I am worried about doing the total carbs. But we'll see what happens.

Well best of luck to you regardless of how you are counting. Im thinking of going back to net next week and see how it goes.

I di total carbs for a while but I could not get enough fiber although I lost weight. I changed back to net carbs and continued to lose weight and I am doing much better with more fiber. Each person has to decide what is best for them.
