I lost another 2 lbs in 6 days and I am happy to report this. Today is Sunday and will be my "Rest Day". I will start again on Monday with the 3-day military diet. Just to let you know because Sunday is my rest day I still do adhere to the low-calorie intake for the day. As far as exercise I do not commit, however, I will be helping a friend move today so I am sure I will be getting some exercise, the key for exercise is not just going to a gym or walking but keeping your body moving doing something productive like cleaning your refrigerator or mowing the lawn.
