Just got back into deep ketosis after eating carbs for the blood drive earlier this week. Took 3+ days and lots of MCT oil and ketone salts but am back in it. Went from 304 lbs all the way back to 298 within 2 days, I guess water retention starts working fast when you exit ketosis and works just as fast when you enter it.
135.2 kg Lost so far: 14.5 kg.    Still to go: 69.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
