Down 11 lbs since I started contrave on feb 1 so 22 days averaging 1/2 lb a day so far not too bad. I’m eating a lot less but still not moving as much as I want to since my feet kill me with these heel spurs and plantar fasciitis. Still praying for healing so I can go walking again in the evenings.
