Just received my blood test results...everything has come back to normal except for my A1c. It was a tad high but is coming down by 1.3 points from 3 months ago. I'm seeing changes because I'm changing my eating habits, learning the difference between true hunger and appetite. now because I have the knowledge and tools now to do better. L2L...live to love!
131.5 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
