Very odd, sudden drop in weight. Must be ketosis accelerating this by dropping water. Woke up this morning and registered "Large" dark maroon again on the Ketostix depsite the exogenous ketones wearing off and my consumption of 80 grams of carbs before running last night. Doing 2x bunless burgers again, as usual.
