Did my usual diet and exercise routine last night but I knew I was going to be sore this morning so I took an Epsom salt bath for the first time in maybe a week. I did wake up sorer so I was concerned I may have gained some weight but I was down 0.6 so I'm really happy with that.
26 possible workout days before Biggest Loser ends so I can deal with the soreness as long as the reductions continue.
