Current weight was the same from last weigh-in, I am taking this as a positive because I have attained more muscle mass from my daily exercise, as I have explained under this diet your body will burn your existing fat and you will gain muscle mass. muscle tends to weigh heavier than fat, so there will times that your weight will not change while dieting.
