早餐:斷食

午餐:炒米粉約100g,炒飯2口、珍奶2口(不餓,但嘴饞呀)

點心:堅果ㄧ把

晚餐:還是沒有餓的感覺,就別吃了吧!

發現這兩天都沒上廁,開始補充益生菌!體重快下來吧!

倒數三天了,加油!
55.5 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
