Weighed in the afternoon at the doc's office so will weigh tomorrow morning to see if there is a gain... plus started my friend today. On the plus side I actually had a doctor say great when I told him I was doing Atkins!
137.4 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 46.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
