My body is really fighting going back under 130. I always get to this spot where I have lost 8-10 pounds and then have a really tough time getting over the last hurdle before the last 5 lbs to goal weight. I ran 7 miles today and have done really good on staying low carb, so hopefully in the next week or so I will win vs. the 130lb threshold!
