Yea! I am under what I was at Thanksgiving!I have lost 21 pounds known (since I started dieting)Here's to a great week!

78.1 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg. Still to go: 4.2 kg. Diet followed: 100%.

Losing 0.9 kg a Week
