We weigh in officially every other week, but weigh in between for our own benefit. I haven't done much on the workout end, but I finally feel like I'm getting a hold of my food intake which is my biggest problem. I'm gonna start with some yoga on work days this week and maybe I could get some suggestions about aerobic exercise from you. let me know what works for you starting out. I need the good kind of sore too, so any advice on weight training is appreciated too!
