I think I'm metabolically resistant but am following whyguy's thread in the Atkins Forum on Stalling. I've increased my calories but I think it's going to take a while to actually start losing again because I did some really stupid stuff like quit eating real food and only ate Atkins stuff adding up to 1000 calories a day so went from that to not eating all day and then just eating a salad or something for dinner.... NOT SMART!!! My body is in serious starvation mode. I have still come down from where I started but have to be in this for the long hall. I do remember Atkins mentioning a fat fast that I am considering to throw my body into ketosis. I need to get some of those strips to see if I'm at least in that!
