Five days to go, 0.8kg to go. I think now it’s going to be easier to stay on track, since that period of the month (that makes me a little blue and with loads of desire for chocolate) has ended. Past few days I have eaten to much protein bars and 70% chocolate bars. The weight didn’t move, what is a good thing, but now I want to see it go down.
