udah 3 hari diet makan cuman 800 sampai 1000 kalori aja..+olahraga 30 menit 4 kali seminggu lose 2 kg semangat ke 50..
58 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
