Whew, this is proving harder than I thought. In the past I have been able to easily drop the weight when I wanted, and although I don't think any thing has changed physically since then, I do believe I have more distractions in my life that prevent me from achieving the desired result in the desired time. I am still trying to follow my eating plan, but it is so hard to do so when social functions get in the way.

I am also guilty of not "weighing in" when my weigh has increased slightly, but rather left it until I had some positive weight to report. So much for accountability.

Anyhow.. on we go. Dreading the "social" weekends right now.
67.7 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 7.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
