Not a bad weight in this AM. I feel full/bloated at 221.2.
Reminds me of Kingkelds potty issues. I was fearful of getting on the bike like that for an hour, it worked out. Everything came out ok after breakfast.
I do feel my muscles in my lower body changing quite a bit, my legs are like rocks now, and getting bigger. Its cool!
Yesterday I took a nap in the afternoon, I think the heat took the wind out of me from yesterday's bike ride. It was one of those naps where you dont want to get back up. Then I did some gaming on my PC, and downloaded some stuff. Just laziness. For dinner/late lunch I ran out and got some cooked chickens. They were pretty sad looking too, not gonna do that again.
After my bike rides in the morning, with all that heat which I do pre-breakfast, sometimes I come back and forget to eat breakfast. Today I sort of forced myself to eat my cereal. I drink Elixer or Nuun to keep hydrated. It gives me sort of a tummy ache, as I generally overdrink. The dudes on the mountain bike forums suggest that I go once without drink, and weigh myself before and after. Well, I am afraid to do that, it could have tragic consequences, lol. Today I did, and I gained 3 lbs, but that is after cereal/milk too. Maybe I could do that for 30 minutes.
Today, not much on agenda. There is supposed to be lots of protests, and on my bike ride at 7AM, I saw smoke coming from a few villages. They like to burn tires, which is really unhealthy for me! Bastards!! Wife and I are going to market for fresh veggies and fruits. Usually this is 90% for dinner and sons lunches, for which we dont really need. Oh well, it will get us out of the house.
Anyway, Happy Sunday! I have tomorrow off too because of Memorial Day!
