Where did these 4 pounds come from...CRAP!!!...I'm constantly at a net carb intake...so why the gain???

Greetings! The sodium content is very high for you on most days. 2600-2800 is optimum...but you drink plenty of water. Maybe the high fat of Atkins is final catching up with you?
