早上九點一杯防彈咖啡
到下午三點才開始我的第一餐
吃了🐷🐟🥚還有200克白花椰菜拌豬油
好飽好舒服的感覺😊
怕脂肪量不足再喝一杯拌椰子油15克的溫熱水
和50克核桃當零嘴~滿足了😬
