umm..very frustrated with the lack of weight loss. I've come to the conclusion that I need to exercise if I want to see a change. I always say I don't have time for exercise, but not losing is enough to make me find time.
101.6 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 24.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It doesn't take very much to help you lose. You might also make sure you are taking all your vitamins because that can stall weight loss on this plan too. Good luck!
