I just saw this! And yes, I follow the Keto diet. Very low-carb, high fat. For the majority of my fat intake, I stick to healthy fats like coconut oil, olive oil, and avocados, supplemented of course by animal fats.
It takes some determination and it is definitely a lifestyle change, not a quick fix. However, the increase in energy and productivity I experience is incredible! A low-carb lifestyle also reduces your risk of heart disease, diabetes, cancer (yes, really!) and reduces inflammation and bloating.
