Getting a jumpstart on my new years resolutions! Now that the holidays are almost over, and all those yummy temptations will soon be gone away til next year, I feel confident in starting back on my weight loss journey. I've also recently been offered a new job opportunity, which I will begin in January. This job has a set schedule, unlike my current one, and will give me better stability in planning my exercise and diet routines. Now, time to get that water weight back off!

I've been thinking about New Years Resolutions as well. In years past, I always "thought" about resolving to lose weight, but I never had the confidence to believe that I would really do it, or wanted to commit to a specific goal. So this year, I'm going to resolve to not let a single week go by when I don't weigh in "blue" relative to my goal weight. And I'm going to be loud and public about it .. maybe even post a reminder on my bathroom mirror I hope I have the strength. but, if not, then what was all this for???
