早餐:防彈咖啡、鮮奶80g

午餐:滷肉80g,韭菜炒甜不辣30g,青菜150g

晚餐:豬排51g,豬肝81g,皇宮菜179g,無糖豆漿100g
58.5 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
