早餐:防彈咖啡、鮮奶70g

午餐:滷肉+豆干120g,青菜180g

晚餐:炸雞腿150g,波菜120g,無糖豆漿100g
58.8 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
