I can't figure out where these last 1/2 pounds are coming from...I'm exercising and I'm really watching what I eat...CRAP!!!
102.3 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Try maintaining 25-30 net carbs and no more for a few days. Perhaps that will reverse the scale and get it moving down again?
